How To Qualify For Treatment at No Additional Cost*
Mind Spa's Tricare Preferred Program is designed for veterans, service members and their beneficiaries who:
- Are covered by Tricare, Reserve, Select or Prime Insurance
- Have tried at least three different antidepressant medications
*Patient is responsible for insurance Co-Pays*
