As a former Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, I’ve faced my share of high-stakes challenges. Our story is deeply personal. After returning from two combat tours in Afghanistan, I found myself struggling with the same mental health challenges so many of my brothers and sisters in arms face—PTSD, traumatic brain injury, depression, and anxiety. The transition to civilian life was rocky, but it sparked a passion in me to change the way mental health is treated in this country. That’s why we built Mind Spa: to offer cutting-edge therapies like Ketamine Infusion, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, all backed by science and delivered with compassion.
