Some of our services are not typically covered by insurance, so we keep the pricing simple and honest. Financing is available.

Ketamine

Ketamine infusion therapy

$400per infusion

Medically supervised, with continuous monitoring, and paired with vibroacoustic therapy and an immersive AI-generated art experience.

IV ketamine is used off-label for depression, PTSD, and anxiety and is not FDA-approved for these uses.

From $150per 60-minute session, plus a $200 provider visit and order

For TRICARE Beneficiaries

Inner Armor

If you're a veteran, service member, or family member on TRICARE West (Prime, Select, or Reserve Select) and meet TRICARE's coverage criteria for TMS, your 7 to 12 week program includes 36 TMS sessions, 6 ketamine infusions, and 36 HBOT sessions, plus medication management and therapy as needed. TRICARE For Life is not eligible for Inner Armor.

Standard TRICARE copays and cost-shares apply. Ketamine infusions and HBOT sessions in Inner Armor are funded for eligible veterans through Mind Spa’s nonprofit partners. We review your expected costs with you before you begin.

Ketamine and HBOT are used off-label. Mind Spa is an independent clinic in network with TRICARE West and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TRICARE, the Defense Health Agency, or the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Colorado grant program

Path4EMS

If you're a Colorado EMT, paramedic, or firefighter (or their family), this grant program helps pay for confidential care: $125 per session, or $250 per ketamine session, up to $1,250 per family per year. A portion may remain depending on treatment.

Does Mind Spa take my insurance?

Is ketamine therapy covered by insurance?

IV ketamine for mental health is generally cash-pay at $400 per infusion, because it is used off-label. Financing is available. Ketamine is also part of the Inner Armor program for eligible TRICARE beneficiaries.

How much does HBOT cost?

HBOT starts with a $200 provider visit and order. A 60-minute session is $175 single seat or $150 double seat, and a 90-minute session is $250. 40-session packages are $5,000 (60-minute single seat), $4,000 (60-minute double seat), or $7,500 (90-minute). Packages are non-refundable. HBOT is self-pay, and financing is available.

Is TMS covered?

Usually. TMS is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder and OCD and is covered by many plans, including TRICARE and Medicare, when the patient meets the plan's coverage requirements. Most plans require prior authorization, which Mind Spa submits for you.

Do you accept TRICARE For Life?

Yes. TRICARE For Life beneficiaries are covered for TMS through Medicare, with TRICARE For Life as secondary. TRICARE For Life is not eligible for the Inner Armor program.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Mind Spa partners with CareCredit for cash-pay treatments.
